Another post below mentions: Edit: renamed folder to zzgunsmith to make sure it's the very last mod to be loaded and I now see all the guns. Mods I suspect was causing the issue are SPT-Realism and Softcore. If you try to aim by resting the barrel, it'll angle upwards and misdirect your shot.
